for you single guys. It all depends on what you wear too. You might want to try wearing those loose fitting shorts...that are like short short...really short. No undies or jock. Then lay on the bench to do presses...and keep legs spread wide open. Oh yeah and make sure it is a bench facing the chicks on the olipitcals....lol

For some girls I know it does make a difference, but not all, my sister is 5'10"/5'11" and I think her boyfriend is about 5'8" (I call him "The Hobbit" just to piss her off, sorry shorter guys, but I have to it's my sister!) she could care less as long as the guy treats her well. I really only remember her dating one guy over 6 foot, and my sister is pretty damn good lookin!

Usually I'm so focused on my workout and don't have much time so I haven't really hit on girls much at the gym.
If she initiates conversation and appears interested it's on though.

I really enjoy physical fitness and staying in shape. For me the gym is one of my favorite places to meet people. The gym I go to has women that ....... Well none of you would believe it unless you actually saw it. But they are almost all 9s. When I meet someone there, I already know we have a similar interest. But of course you need to be extra tactful not interrupt someones workout.
I always just start with a big smile and say Hello followed with silence. Then I observe and carefully gauge their reaction before going any further. If they are or are not interested they will let you know right there and you don't need to make a fool of yourself.
In your case she is already interested. But you should try saying hello to some other ones, just in case you never see her again.

I dunno, I'm too out of shape to go to a gym. Once I get in shape I'm going to go. I know that sounds crazy. Like cleaning your house before the cleaning lady comes over.
