TV Show "Fringe" focuses on a bald guy...

Bald... really bald. That's sorta how they describe him in it. A mysterious bald guy called the "observer" who seems to be around at all these weird events related to some mysterious "pattern" mentioned in the show.
If you're unfamiliar with the show "Fringe", the best way to describe it is as FOX's current venture into an "X-Files"-esque, sci-fi mystery type of show.
The bald guy on it has no eyebrows, either... that's a bit extreme, eh?

The show is still in it's infancy so viewer's aren't quite sure what to make of the mystery observer guy, though he's already been pinned as quite odd and possibly non-human.

It's the guy on the left, if you're wondering... though I notice the sly look doesn't stand out nearly as much on the dark skin of one of the main characters in the middle.
Unlike the other bald guys introduced in "Heroes" this season, this guy isn't a villain at all. He's actually portrayed as being somewhat timid... he just likes to observe, they say. It's nice to see the look not immediately associated with some sort of evil character, though who knows... this guy may turn out to be a bad guy in the end. Tack on a goatee and there'd be no question about his evil nature...

Yeah, that is quite a cool show Musician. Been hooked since the first episode. I think there was even a third sly guy on yesterdays episode. The guy with the skully was sly as well

Great show. I like it a lot. It's got an X-Files feel to it.

Yeah, he was... though he must have been ashamed of it, covering it up and all..

Maybe he was still getting used to his new look? I don't want to give anything away for those of you who tivo'd it, but he got what's comin' to him for hiding the sly

I know what you mean about that. Do you ever suspect merely your presence is the cause for such events? Strange...

I've kind of gotten into Fringe. It's a really cool series. It's seems to be more graphic than X-Files to me. I don't remember X-Files being that gross. But, it is a good show.
The bald guy seems almost like he is going to turn out to be a guardian of some type. We'll have to watch and see!

X-Files did have some occasional gross stuff over the years, but I guess Fringe has to keep up with today's standards and some of the shows have gotten pretty graphic... like removing the scalp of a teenage girl and playing with her brains (you gotta love Heroes, though)

I agree that the bald guy seems like he is going to turn out as some sort of guardian. Though if that's the impression given off in the early episodes down the road who knows what the twists and turns a show like that will turn him into. I'm rooting for him to be a good guy, though.

I agree, he's going to be some sort of hero. As far as the graphic stuff - Tuesday night they had that guy running around ramming wires up peoples noses to read their minds. My wife was like, "do we have to watch this?" LOL
Doesn't bother me. You can't show me anything on TV I haven't seen in the ER or on my x-ray table!
