How many push ups/pull ups can YOU do ?

Put a small pillow down...you won't need to worry about your face........ O0

Want more heigth,  don't try to do the clapping push-ups for a while, instead put some weight on you back and do the push-up's as fast as possible....

 I Put a bar up between the  door frames, did it wrong banged my head.Tried again managed 12 but knackered.

That's about the same number of push-ups I can do.
Have to keep my "3 pack" in check!

I haven't done pull-ups since my college years. Narrow-grip and wide-grip,
that takes me back. Had the bar in the door frame thing. I'd be afraid to try that sort of pull-up now. I think the frame would collapse from my post college weight.

Is there another way to do in house pull-ups?

I don't know.  I've never done them at home for the same reason -- no place to do them.

I do (or used to do) them on the kids swing set.  I guess if you don't have a swing set you could slip into the neighbors yard and use theirs.
