Face them dome. I can tolerate some scruff on the dome better than I can on the face

I generally arm myself with a headblade/Sensor combo. As for what I shave first... it depends on which way the blade is facing on the HB.
When I feel "Special" and break out the DE's, it's always face then dome. -

Face first, then dome. Gives the dome a lil more time to soften up, and face is faster, leaving me more time to get the dome juuust so.

Face first. I lather up head and face at one time, start with my neck and work my way up, shaving cheeks around the goatee then shave up from sideburns right up the side, around back and continuing on through the other side and save the top for last. Since I have a full head of hair, the top is thick and needs the most time to soften up...

A little of both...as I shave my face, I get as much of the dome that I can see in the mirror...and finish the rest in the shower, BUT...
...sometimes I don't want to shave my face, so the dome gets it.
Funny, I can go out with stubble on my face, but not the dome!!! -
