I don't like a fly in what I wear, so I wear Hanes Seamless Trunk they have a nice fit, give pleanty of support and give you enough room to move around etc.  If you got to use a urnal, heck just grab the band pull down and let it hang down and go.

  its easier if you just let his hang out the leg opening of yoru shorts when you go commando though....almost hands free...lol
