They have TV in the UK?

Agonizing over what cannot be is an insult to what is.

Fr8, read the beginning of this thread and tell me if you'd be interested in seeing Kingdom.  You can look it up on Amazon UK or IMDB.

Magma darlin', I have a TV assignment for you, unless you've already seen them.  Alan Bennet's Talking Heads.  Dame Thora is in two episodes.  Some of her finest performances.  A double hanky evening.

the only talking heads I know Red, are the ones that sang 'psycho killer'

(great track if none of you have never heard it!)

sorry... Dame Thora does nothing for me!  :(

Fr8, cover your ears.  This woman is spouting profanities.

We are not amused.

I used to watch Casualty back when BBC America actually aired programs worth watching.  I also like The Bill.

MB, you ever watch Cold Feet?

on the odd occasion. It didn't really... do it, for me.
I don't really watch much tv and when I do, it's normally... uhm.. American shows.
