I hadn't even heard of most of them but I'm not sure I'd have done much better on UK variants.
Yes, we have more of everything that's bad for you here in the good ol' USA. 
A lot of good things here also in the USA.
Plus, everyone can choose not to eat "more of everything". Sadly, that's where many people fail and they blame society for making them fat.
