Ben, I also want to point out that you're almost there, anyway.  Your hair is pretty short.  Just go for it -- it won't take more than 2 or 3 days to grow back if you don't like it (but you will like it).  I'll bet most people won't even notice -- or if they do, they won't say anything.  You owe it to yourself to try.

Ben,  Listen to the man.  He knows what he is talking about.

Go for it Brother!!!!

you  @ll make me think more and more to get it done.

there is a possiblity to go an a vacation for 2 week on litle spanish island at the end of may.
just for my own and get a little chance to relax from that working stuff, what is a kind of stressful thing atm.
i just wait for the ok from my boss. i hope i will get the ok.

my plan, that comes with your help, to use the time there try my first close shave. so i can find out if
i will like it without having any stupid comments from people i know. i guess that would be cool. (@ razorX 3 Days of regroth sounds good)

btw, i'm curretnly not as short as my avatar show. it's more like in the little pic on the left.

Ben, that sounds like a good plan.  However, I'm willingly to bet you that you will be surprised on how much of a "nonevent" it is to others.   You are more likely to get positive comments if anything.

Ben, I just recently shaved my head and i went from a head full of grey/white hair to shaved.... yours wouldnt really be a big difference in that its already short. I expected a lot of jokes and kidding when i went to work the first time, but actually the worst comment was one guy who asked if i lost a bet. I also received a lot of comments about how much younger i looked without the white hair, so the positive comments were far more numerous than any negative  ones. I say just go for it.
