This is a great diet I been using a couple times a year.

Atkins Induction is a good way to go IMO.

Yeah I was pretty shredded. I'd been lower but not with so much LBM.
(went from like 135lbs at 5'2 to 135lbs at 5'10 in 2 years with clean eating, then over the last 2-ish years up to about 190lbs at the same height by just eating a ton of good food all the time)

Nice. I started a bulk yesterday on the Anabolic Diet at 5'11", 169 lbs, 12% BF according to an average of calipers, Army, Navy, and YMCA formulas. I'd love to be 200 lbs but right now I am shooting for splitting the difference at 185 lbs and seeing how it goes from there. Luckily my gym is in a hospital that does a lot of bariatric surgery, so there is all sorts of body composition measuring equipment that they measure me on. I'll probably do a BodPod sometime this week.
