My back has been pain free for sometime now. That has been a problem from a motorcycle accident that I had in 2002. It resulted in a herniated disc that I had surgery on to correct. However, I still get pain down my left leg after I exercise, but it's not too bad and goes away shortly after. I'm around 230 now and 5'11". I'm wanting to get down to 195lbs. I suspect that once I reach 195 I'll still want to be thinner. I'm not really sure where my ideal weight is until I get there. I have a large frame so the BMI doesn't seem very accurate for me.

I weighed 275 in my before picture and in my after picture I'm down to 235. That after picture was taken a couple weeks ago so I hope to be down another 5 lbs by now. I didn't have a full body picture so I took the same pose in the after picture for comparision.
