Well, we already have

our cajun style mustard (Hot Cajun)
our relish or HP sauce (Magmababe)...

One of my many mottos, try everything at least 3 times. Once to try it, twice to make sure you didn't like it the first time and a third to make sure you liked it the second time.  O:O
