mmm Catfish...Now that is one dish I really miss!!breaded catfish,damn, as far as fish goes, that is my favorite.

There is a diner back home that served breaded catfish,mashed potatoes,gravy and beans for 3.50 every Friday between 8-2. I'd be down there like clockwork and sometimes I would have 2.
