Tim... sorry to hear about your daughter. On a good note..... When i broke my wrist back in November I was in the doctors office for my weekly x-ray when a girl about your daughter's age walked by in a cast just like mine. The Doctor said "see her' to which I replied yes. He then said," At your age it will take you about a year to get back to full use of your arm....... but at her age, when the cast comes off she'll be as good as new. Kids heal very fast". -

Hey Tim, I hope Annie heals quickly. It's no fun being in a cast during the summer. I actually don't mind Mondays. They usually are busy and go fast. And look...after today only 2 more days til Friday!

Thanks for all your concerns guys. She is doing well and for her age and the kind of break it was she will only have to wear it for about 4 weeks...just in time for summer vacation. Only thing though is after she gets it off she will have to be careful with it for another 2 weeks or so. My wife just called me and she had went to school to check on her and I guess after about 20 minutes of being in school, her cast is completely covered with signatures. Kris said that there was not one place left ...you could no longer see the white of the cast...i guess we dont have to worry about her getting it all dirty...lol
