I can completely relate.  Since going with the no guard buzz about 10 days ago, despite feeling better about myself than I have in many, many years, it is still nerve wracking to go to the next step.  And yet, in my mind, it is not a matter of "if" anymore, but "when".  A lot of it is just being part of this group and seeing I am not alone with my past or present, a lot, frankly is just wanting to do it.  So far, I love my new look and think that shaving is in the very near future.

Hey Baldb, welcome to the SBG site. I am going to echo all my sly bro's and say it's time to step up and be your own man. Tyler said it well. You make your own decisions on how you want to look and live.
Go the shorter route first if you like, but I guarantee the bug will get under your skin and then all you'll think about is shaving it down.
Either way, let us know how things turn out for you.
