Hey Tyler.
Do you have a status on this? I was just wondering because I pulled a "Tyler" and accidently marked all of the posts that had accumulated while I was out of town as read and am getting a cramp kicking myself in the A$$. 
There currently is no way to do this. But, I have suggested it for a future release.
