hey all...good day. Hey just wanted to ask everyone about their sleep patterns. Seems that if I get more than 5-6 hours of sleep...I feel like crap the rest of the day. I can work well on about 6 hours of sleep. I usually hit the bed around midnight -1am and up by 630-7. I just cant seem to go to bed any earlier than that. If I do it just seems like I just lay there and toss and turn. So how well do you function with the amount of hours you sleep...........Timmmayyyy!

6-7 hours a night is my usual. Segment of 60 Minutes last week had sleep experts insisting that all humans need between 7-8 hours a day though or problems begin. Inability to concentrate well, tendency to make mistakes, irritability, weight gain, etc. Claimed that Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, Exxon=Valez, and Staten Island Ferry accidents all due to lack of proper sleep.
