Corned beef is cooking right now in the crock pot and it smells sooo good...
Cant wait to crack a nice cold beer and feast!

not sure what I will be celebrating St Pat's day with. I was in Ireland this morning, everything was decked out in green....little green and white flags all over the place. And these lil "Horn Swaggle" looking guys running around everywhere. I just stood there in awe...I kept my hand out...but none of them offered to put any gold coins in my pocket.

Oh...I must re-iterate....Ireland...is Ireland, Indiana...about 20 miles southeast of Washington...See ya -

Happy St. Patty's day everyone!!
I did enough drinking this weekend for the entire country of Ireland, so I'm passing on beer tonight!
On a side note, for those of you that are drinking this afternoon/evening, raise a toast for my Grandma who turns 94 today! I just got off the phone with her and she's just as fiesty as ever!! -

Just finished my dinner....corn beef on rye, a slab of piping hot cabbage and boiled red potatoes....washed down with an ice cold mug of Guinness Irish Stout
