Yeah... switch to a HeadBlade!  :*))

Took the words right out of my mouth, Sarge.

I do use the head blade. I just thought form what I've heard here that an electric might be an alternative for doing quick touch ups an on the go touch ups.

In all honesty, I used to use an electric for just that purpose. When I would go into San Francisco office for the day, I'd usually leave my home around 3:45am. In order to do that, I'd shower & shave the night before. While on the drive into SF (about 110 miles), I'd sometimes run the electric over the head. Just felt like making sure the noggin' was as smooth as possible.

As it was an older Norelco, I didn't feel as if it was really doing much good, so I tossed it.

Nomad, it seems in the time it would take to go over and over your scalp with an electric shaver, you could have already been done with it and gotten way smoother just scraping it off with your Headblade in the shower, bro.    ;)

To me, nothing beats a good blade for ultra smoothness.

NOMAD!!!   I wouldnt listen to anything the guy just above this says....He will lead you down false paths! LOL.....

Nomad, I'm here to lead you away from the path to Timmay's red and whites!, If you're not careful he will put you under his spell. You've got to read between the stripes!
Follow me to keep from going out and buying all things Richard Simmon's. He's a very tempting devil in his shorts and red wig, isn't he??   >:D    :/O  aaaarghhhh!

Oh Man.  I had totally forgotten about the whole Timm/Richard Simmons/Short Red&White striped short thing.  That's one thing I didn't miss while I was away.  Great!!!  I know I'll be having some nightmares tonight.   ;D
