Hi Guys, hows it going
« on: March 01, 2008, 02:40:09 AM »
Hi Brothers, Sorry not be in for a while I know, no excuses except i have been very busy working and stuff dont know if I mentioned but i work as a self employed Taxi driver. Here in the Uk  gas is now priced at roughly $8.00 a gallon. We cannot put the fares up as the local council set the rates for us (how kind of them, not!).
Therefore we are all having to work longer and longer hours, which proberley explains why my hair all fell out lol. So how about your Guys how is work, how much are you paying for gas etc?
On a lighter topic I thought i would send you all a picture of how a Sly Guy should not to behave in the midday sunlol.  Taken at Lake Las Vegas last may!

All the Best, Jim

Great to have you post up again Jim....kinda wondered what happened to you.   Wow.   $8.00 a gallon and we are complaining here that analysts expect $4.00 a gallon by the end of spring.   Is your cab tough on milage?   (or would that be kilometerage?)  Is it one of those like I rode in, in London?  Think they would be tough on gas.

Gas prizes climb higher and higher levels here: today 1 litre 1,41 Euro = 2,14 $.

I guess gas is a bargain here at $3.12 on the Kansas side and $3.09 on the Missouri side (lower gas taxes).

Glad to see ya back up bro'  O0

Gas prices are just now starting to affect me, my company pays for all my gas and they are just now starting to ask us to try to find the cheapest gas we can find, but thats not very easy these days none of it is cheap anymore, but I guess a penny here and a penny there over the whole company gives them some sort of relief?
