Unlike past seasons, the #7 edition of the American Idol has NO headshavers. You all remember naval officer Phil Stacey and of course Chris Daughtry. Season 2 champ Reuben Studdard now sports a headshave. This year one dude can really use a Headshave. And that is rocker wannabe Robbie Carrico.
Simon Cowell was his vicious self last night when he confronted the bearded hard-rocker, Carrico. He called him a fraud.
Cowell said he's a bit confused about Robbies persona. He really doesn't think Carrico's this tough-guy rocker. And he feels that the public will not vote for someone disingeniune like Carrico.
I don't think that confrontation would have taken place if Carrico opted for a clean shaved head. Nobody not even Cowell would have the guts to speak to a headshaver that way. Why? Cause a headshave speaks confidence. And Cowell said he feels Carrico doen't have the confidence to go all the way. So my advice to Robbie is to free himself of those lame locks.

Carrico did sport shorter locks when he was part of a group called "Boyz-N-Girlz United".
I dont know, that guy seems like his identity is his hair... even though he is not the true rocker inside... he likes to dress like one obviously. Just like a transvestite is not a woman but dresses like one, I am sure the rocker look makes him feel "pretty".
Now here is a real rocker for ya
AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!!!! The Aussie dude is def the best!!!
I just have to say, they hiped this one up like the past saying the best singers ever... but so far the only two I have been impressed with is the 16 year old boy and the dread-lock dude. Although his head looks like the janitors mop from my high school days

The Aussie dude is a "neighbor" of mine......
.......he now resides in Buckhead, GA
Careful Rafter, being very wary of giving an Aussie a compliment. They are under the impression that their nationality is a ticket to love and adulation by everyone on the face of the earth. They just talk funny, that is why everyone likes them.

That's priceless considering where JDog lives now.

That's Robmeister!!
No way??
Yes, way. Believe it or not Ben, there was a time when this was the way rockers looked. There was life before mpb or bbc. It was in the eighties, and there were some good times. I gotta get some of my long hair pictures up to show you guys.
Back to the subject, as far as Robbie Carrico is concerned, some people still like long hair, (as do I) and I think in rock that's how it should be. Not everyone is losing their hair or has to choose bbc. If he's struggling with his look and image, that's got nothing to do with a headshave. Not everyone needs or wants to shave their head.
Your opinion in this to me is moot, and I think your attitude towards people with long hair should be kept to yourself.

I didn't stir this Robbie Carrico controversy up, Simon Cowell did.
It's obvious you didn't see the show. He was insinuating that Carrico was a fraud, cause he used to sing "Pop" NOT "ROCK" when he was a member of the group "Boyz-N-Girlz United". Carrico brought to the contest a history that Cowell was especially was aware of. And Cowell being Cowell was vicious in his attack toward Carrico. He said that if he didn't believe Carrico's "new image" (the whole long-haired bearded rocker persona) no one else would, especially the voting public. More importantly Cowell said Carrico lacked the convidence factor. And w/o convidence he wouldn't go very far in the competition.
What I said was just my opinion. What Simon said was inexcusible!

I wasnt saying long hair is bad by any means... I was saying this guy doesnt seem like he is real long hair rocker type like Bob Ice... i mean Bo Bice or our resident rocker.... Robmiester.
I watched the girls sing last night. Has anyone noticed that most of them are pretty hot?
