How to use the HeadBlade

Tyler:
I get about 6 to 7 shaves out of the Gillette Sensor blades.  I change them every Monday.

My hair is about 75% coverage (obviously not the front of my head).

Using a normal double-bladed disposable razor, I get three shaves until it starts carving up my skin lol!

Cheers.

All the headblade videos I've seen have it going from front to back. That method has never worked for me on the sides; I find it works best if I go up then down on the sides.

Frontier Guy:
I have to go every direction - some U-turns, a couple of illegal left turns and even a roundabout.

Seriously ... it took me a full 30 days to figure out the dozens of directions I had hair growing. And now ... smooth perfection.

I find that when I get to the ears, I remove my middle finger from the loop and hold it between my index finger and my thumb.  Then I pull the ear down and drive the car around those areas.  It works perfectly!  There is no need to use another razor to shave these "difficult to reach" areas.  I just keep feeling for the parts I miss and go over it again.  The headblade is a nifty little device that works like a bomb.

I get about three to four shaves out of the Schick Ultra plus or the Gilette Contour Plus blades, which I have found to be the best two generic blades.

Slyfive:
Agreed Waine, there's no need for anything else if you find what works for you.
