Thanks for sharing RazorX.  After watching that I went to Amazon and bought her book.

Glad you found it helpful, Andrew.  Let me know how you make out  with it.  I've noticed some improvement since I tweaked my diet to be more in line with her recommendations for a balanced oxidizer.   It's worked better for me than anything else so far.  The real test will be on Tuesday when I get my measurements taken at the gym.

I think I might just have to get that book too.  O0
