Welcome NuckinFoob - cool sign-on.  I've heard that conditioner works well, but my wife uses one of those all-in-one shampoo/conditioner, so we don't have any around.  She'd probably think I was weirder than I already am if I brought home conditioner for myself.  Hope you feel free to post up and often; this can be a cool place to hang.
How is that Hopey / Changey thing working for you?

Yeah definitely try conditioner. Lately i have rotated back to Gillet gel, i guess just for grins, but i really think i like condition better. and i just use the bottles of Suave that are like 1.50$, good for well over a month.

The cream feels better since it has the cooling agents in it....

but the conditioners natural tendency to soften things, leaves the scalp pretty soft in my opinion.

one HUGE word of caution though, and i am taking MASSIVE.

Conditioner is very lubricating, there fore you MUST apply it with the hand you DONT use to shave most of your head with..

For me i use my right hand for 95% of the work. so i apply with my left and as i shave i keep my left hand under the water a lot  (when in the shower), to get as much off as possible, because if u get conditioner on that handle (especially the metal on the fuzion) 1 of two things happens.

1- you drop the razor breaking the delicate blade piece off. (highly prefer this option tho)
2. You lose grip at an awful time, try to correct, over corret thus slicing your slap.

be warned. even when u think you got the conditioner off, you didnt. it soaked into your hand and may still turn around and bite you in the ....scalp.....

Nuck: Welcome, and thanks for the tip, now I and probably a lot of other guys have a use for the conditioner that was left over when we went Sly.  I hate to waste.  Funny, I can be using "Thickener" conditioner to keep slick. ;D ;D :*)) :*))
