The wife and I have the kiddos covered for the holidays and now it is time
for me to focus on the wife. I've already purchased a highly over priced
Gucci Purse and matching wallet, but I was wondering if you guys had any
other gift ideas for the wife. She's been a great mom and wonderful wife
this year so Santa needs to be good to her!

Let me see, those expensive mofo-ing chick razer's.

Gift card related to hobbies, something shes always wanted to do, or something she would never buy for herself.

To pick her brain, take her out shopping at her favorite store and ask her sly questions about different things to feel her out, and then go get them the next day.

I saw a commercial on TV where a guy gave his wife a Lexus and she looked pretty happy.

The spa idea is great Tyler.

Fill the credit card slots of the Gucci wallet you're giving her with gift cards...one for the spa idea, one for Starbucks (if she likes that), one for itunes, barnes and noble...you get the idea...stuff she can treat herself to throughout the year. I did this last year. Big hit.

Im gonna buy my wife one of those stars and have it named after her.....
Like Im freakin gonna do that...lol. Yes Honey you see that star right there...no over about 3000 stars..yelp that one right there..it is a million light years away....you cant ever touch it....visit it or even see how big it really is....you can only look at it when its dark outside...that way no one can see you standing out side in the yard staring up at it and think you are nuts....Oh whats that you say? A sky light in the bed room....sure I will put a sky light in so that you can lay in bed at night and just gaze at your star! Yes thats right Kristina....there really is a star named after you ! I think you all get the picture...at least I hope you do.
Really dont know what Im going to get my wife this christmas. We really never spend much on each other because we buy so much for ourselves thru out the year. She gets all kinds of perks thru out the year...like I just sent her to Florida for a week husband and kid free....and she just got back from Salt Lake City after a few days kid and husband free.....man what am I doing wrong here......where is my free time? LOL

OK guys, since I haven't been around much, I'm going to share a secret at no charge for one of the best way to give your Lay-day a gift. It takes some work, but it will be worth it. Better than buying her a diamond or a new car.

Christmas Scavenger Hunt.

OK before you laugh out loud, hear me out, becuase this is 99.8% effective in getting you a holiday "gift" of your own from her and it will only cost you $100 bucks.

Items needed:
4 small gifts. Nothing expensive or over $15bucks per gift.
1 Box
1 roll of tape
5 different rolls of wrapping paper (try to get them as different as possible)
6 Note cards
1 Marker
1 Personalized gift or gift that can be a keepsake or something special that shows you care (It can be done for $40 bucks)
1 Sappy Christmas card

Preparation
Step 1 - Wrap gifts in different wrapping paper
Step 2 - Pick hiding spots in the house
Step 3 - Write your first clue on one notecard. (now this can be simple like "find a red hat" or it can be complicated by using riddles like "its black and white and red all over" {riddles can be found on the net})
Step 4 - Put the first clue notecard in the box and wrap it
Step 5 - Write clues to each hiding spot and attach clues to presents
Step 6 - Write the last clue to lead her back to the main room where you will put out the last gift while she is looking for the others.
Step 7 - Hide the 4 gifts
Step 8 - Hide the last gift with the Sappy Christmas card attached AND SIGNED.

TOTAL PREP TIME: 1 hour
Total reward time: 2 months of free football, a few nights out with the boys, steak dinner and a bonus.
