I was vacationing near Sarasota, Florida and had some Cuban gal do the job. She didn't do a hotsy-tosy job though.

My first out of town head shave was my really first head shave. I've been with our daughter in Berlin, visiting the city with its museums, the quarter with parliament and government-buildings, the brandenburger tor ..... and in our hotel I had a little time for myself, she met a girlfriend, and I jumped over the fence and did the deed.

Don't remember the first out of town shave..
but the one O-t-s I do always remember was in Napa at a wedding and I had to bring a hand held mirror to shave the back of my head...
total rookie move!

interesting topic. i have yet to shave away from my home. i don't shave every day so its not really an issue, i shave every other day or every two days. but i have a feeling i will have to start doing so soon.

Away from home isn't a problem. Shave gel, razor, mirror to do around my chin and then I do the rest by feel. My first headshave was in the toilet (restroom - not actually with my head in the toilet!) at work as a dare before I went ski-ing with some friends. Then again at the apartment in AUstira where we stayed.
Only a week after I started did I actually get to shave in the comfort of my own bathroom.
Outdoors is a challenge.
Cold water on the head, a mug of cold water to rinse the razor and a motorcycle mirror at a campsite at Le Mans when I went to watch the MotoGP was probably the most inconvenient.

I was out of town in LA a few months back and I just happen to pass the main headquarters for Bosley Hair Club.....i pulled in the parking lot....my wife had a bottle of water on her and I just stood there in the parking lot...poured the water on my head...whipped out the HeadbladeSP and the Headslick and went to town....I was greeted by about 4 guys in white coats saying that it was going to be ok...to just let it out...just rid myself of the terrible disease that has taken over my head and to come into their office and they would fix me right up. They had the latest products that they wanted me to try out that wasnt on the market yet. As I turned around to face them, out from under my shirt I pull out my gun...my super soaker 5100 squirt gun loaded with Nair and give them all a good drinching
