Any fusion cart will work with any fusion handle, so the "don't have the net worth to sustain that" excuse does not hold water.
Are there any down sides to using the manual blade on the power handle or are they just tryimng to get you to spend more money for no reason?

From what I understand, you can use the manual blade on the power fusion, it just won't vibrate.  I think they are just trying to get more money.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

I have used the manual blades on my Power Fusion and I don't see any difference, either.

Ok Bro's,
I was at my local Wally World just a while ago doin some "manly" shopping, and at the end of the shaving isle they had these manual fusions hanging with a red tag stating $4.94. I blinked, stared for a moment, and then went to the fusion isle and they had the same manual razors in a different package at $8.94. So after all the bro's here boasting on the fusion I went back and thought, what the hell, and chunked one in the buggy.
Then, at checkout, the fusion came up to be swiped and BAM, $3.00. I was like...sweeet  :)
So I am gonna give it a try, but for any bro's debating, you may want to check the local Walmart and see if they have the same deal.... I mean it cost less than a gallon of gas!!!

I don't know what it is about the fusion and the mach 3 for me.  I gave them both a try before and the blades just don't seem to last for me.  I may only get about 2 good shaves out of both of them.  I don't know if I'm just applying to much pressure and dulling the blades or what.  I don't think I was.  I started with the Mach 3 because back when I would always shave with the grain.  But once I started shaving against it it just seemed like the Mach 3 and the Fusion dulled out too quick and with the price tag I just couldn't keep wasting the money.

I get 7 days off my Fusion. 7 of those shaves are for my face, 3 are for my head. It's the best razor on the market. I agree with one of the other guys to, EBAY has some really good deals. I bought 4 blades for $9.95 (includes shipping).  :D

Ok, not to upset the Bro's here, but I wasn't impressed with the Fusion.
I was hyped up and used it a few times and still had the same results. I think it is because the razors are
so close together on it. I seem to get a better shave from my mach 3 versus the Fusion, and after checking them out I can only see the gap between the razors to be closer on the fusion. Maybe I just have thicker hairs on my face and head, so the Fusion has made it to my reject drawer.

I love the shave it gives, but it has to be ugliest razor ever invented. It looks like something that should be in the "Museum of Failed Star Wars Props" rather than hanging in my bathroom. And what's with the Blaze Orange?! I've never seen that color outside of hunting vests and floatation devices.

I don't have a humble opinion--especially when it comes to such critical instrumentation as my head razor.

Fusion is THE premier shaving device on this planet.  Period.    You can have all the Mach 3's you want, I'll take 5 blades please.

They are expensive however.   And I go through them like condoms at a sorority house.   I shave in the morning and by noon, my shadow is so coarse I can sand wood with my head.   So, I usually shave again in the evening--particularly if I'm going anywhere.   Fusion does the job, but my hair takes a toll on them.  I use about two blades a week---maybe one , if I really push it.   That would hold true for any razor though.

If you haven't tried a Fusion and you shave your head, you are missing out.  Seriously.

I have to agree with champ. I get a closer headshave from my mach3.
