Ya know, this thread is just one more confirmation that SlyBaldGuys is great. That is to say,the website; but more to the point; YOU GUYS ARE GREAT. This combination of sound advice; good natured encouragement and humour (note that spelling; i'm canadian now) is more than anyone could expect from a mere 'website.' And; the comments on this thread are a million times more worthwhile than what I've gotten on actual bodybuilding websites (lots of nasty attitude there).
so; let's see where I am in a month (hopefully a few pounds lighter and trimmer around the waist) and in Six months -- maybe a look - alike for Mr. Clean (He really is quite a bruiser, ya know).

Yeah; I just wish the prices would start to go down a bit here. Food and gas ... still the same as before our economic vicotry over the Yanks. And books? ... they still have those same outragious price hikes
