Getting bigger

Protein, protein, protein! Lots of grilled chicken, steaks, eggs, beans, milk, tuna....there's a really great protein powder from optimum nutrition. You can get it on Amazon for like 40 bucks, should last a couple of months.
Also hit the heaviest weight you can handle with like 5 or 6 repititions. That is of course, after you warm up. More weight, less reps=bigger Less weight, more reps=more cut, lean, ripped...
