Red Sox were obviously a tough team to beat......but I'm not sure I like the idea that the Rockies had an 8-day hiatus before the series, while the Sox went right in, able to keep there momentum going.
Who thinks this could be an unfair disadvantage regardless of whose team it affects?
If you want to take that angle Rob, blame the Rockies' coaches for not having them ready. Bottom line, no one from the National League was going to beat the American League.
Actually I was listening to a sports talk program that wasn't biased either way (team-wise, or league-wise....thank you very much).
And there is talk about initiating a hiatus for both teams before going into the Series.
