Ive actually used this one a few times "hey do you know how much a polar bear weighs by chance? ... enough to break the ice, hi im ______.  corny sure but youd be surprised how well it works

But really, best thing to do is introduce yourself and comment "positively" something about her (not her boobs) or the surroundings. Really depends on the situation.

bad pickup-line-night is a good way to break the ice. they know you are not actually taking these lines seriously. but it gets them laughing. making a lady laugh is always a plus.

I'm with Burke on this bad line -idea. With a confident smile. Something so obviously corny that it makes laugh. But it doesn't work always.

What Tyler said, Strauss' book is fun to read and gives insight, but beware: use it only to give inspiration and insight,  don't use it as instructional manual or you are making a huge error.

People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.
