this is a interesting idea but it would have to be
A) someone that is very partial to their hair.
B) someone that has a hair do (or hair don't) that would be great to see removed (i.e. Donald Trump) -

IMO we'd need daily photos with the paper or something..... just cause someone that keeps it short could slick it grow it out and slick it on the due date.........
