you are correct it is a memorial tattoo the numbers are a date and time 06-18-2003 @ 2152 or 9:52pm
I registered the twelve digit number with UPC the same way you register a new product the numbers were available so I registered myself as a product with the UPC database and any store scanner reads the barcode as those numbers. 8)

I would have to be entered into inventory before I would scan as a product. But at the gunshop where I work I am entered in inventory as my employee information so when I go to purchas something or clock in I scan my head and it pops up with my name.
