It states that in the Abs Diet also.  That's why circuit routines are very good.  Do around 12 weight lifting exercises in a row with only enough break between each exercise to setup the next exercise.  This will give you a cardio workout but will build muscle while doing it.

I don't think the muscle in  your jaw counts.  That's the one that keeps causing the trouble. :*)) :*))
