nomad, it looks like the same thing on mine, but I think they just have free play so they will sort of help contour to the roundness of our noggin's. Just a thought.

Same here. I have one sport that the wheels have looked like they are going to fall off since I got it, but they've stayed strong for several months.
Get to working on your entry for the Clear HeadBlade and you won't have to worry about it any more.

Ditto all of the above. Straight out of the package, my HB Sport wheels looked a little off kilter. However, I don't think it has any negative effect on my results.

Same with mine, but they have never fallen off. It's just a shave-tool, not a racing-car.

If they ever go kaput, just stroll the toy aisle of a store and find a hot wheel car with matching wheels!

Find a better set of wheels at any craft or model shop.

Been using the same sport model since March and never had a wheel fall off, got a flat or two but that's about it

Seriously though I think the other bros are right, it is just a design quirk that doesn't effect performance.

Hmmmmmm....the plastic nub on the back of my Headblade Classic seems to be holding on just fine....

I guess I'll have to ease up and do the pit stop gimmick.
