When I load an updated profile pic, it is sideways. I tried yesterday and again today. Does anybody know why this is happening and is there a way to fix it? Thanks!

If you are on a PC, try to edit the photo and rotate it. Save it. Then edit it again, and turn it back and save again. Then try to upload the edited copy.
You may want to crop it a bit as well since it will be small. -
