I Just shave my head smooth bald a few times in last five years ago.
I Need a drastic and extreme change
Can i shave my head smooth bald?

Sure you can.  It looked good before, and it will again.  Consider growing a mustache with it or even more facial hair.  I can see good mustache growth and chin growth in your photos.
