Fewer BBC and fewer beards

(1/3) > >>

Semi-Sly:
So I meet with the same group of men four nights a week there’s probably 50 to 60 guys in the group and that anyone meeting there are at least 30 of them present. There is a great range in ages from the early 30s to the early 70s.

Over the last year I have noticed that there are fewer and fewer guys who are both by choice also there’s a noticeable increase in the number of the younger guys who are bold by nature who have allowed the horseshoe fringe to grow back to at least a visible length.

Also over the last six months quite a few of them who had full beards have a going clean-shaven or more often going back to sporting just a mustache.  This phenomena appears to have occurred quite quickly and I noticed that each time a guy does it the rest of the guys congratulate him and tell him how good he looks

I wonder if this is a local phenomenon or if this is a new trend that’s starting

Do you know how styles swing back-and-forth like a pendulum!

And I also noticed that there are fewer if you were guys posting on this board I’m wondering if the age of a shaved head as it is in Athens now and it’s way down And I also noticed that there are fewer if you were guys posting on this board I’m wondering if the age of a shaved head Has passed it’s paragee?

reddog:
@Semi-Sly , I have noticed the opposite here, many more guys going sly.

I was watching some of King Charles III coronation this morning, and was amazed at the number of shaved heads at the ceremony. Looks like guys in England are really enjoying shaved heads.

Razorhead:
In the Northeast, the beard trend is still strong. I don’t see so much in the way of guys shaving their beards off. I think the trend is to have a well groomed beard.  I think the only guys shaving their heads in my area are guys who are naturally balding. And there are a lot of guys with shaved heads. To see a guy with a full head of hair shaving it off, is not all that common. Just about every guy who can grow a full head of hair has the same side part haircut. To see a guy choosing to be BBC is not all that common. I saw a BBC guy at the supermarket and I thought “I haven’t seen that in a while”. Same with a young guy wearing an impeccable HnT. Hair trend is combable hair.

Magoo:
Beards and bald heads are a plenty on Long Island. BBC is not very common though. Shaved heads my girl friend seems to like ,and she has noticed how many men now shave. She has been the first person that likes to rub my head. Feels good I might add !   :@`

slybeard:
I still see a lot of shaved heads, and only a few guys with obvious thinning that should shave, IMO.  But I do see more young guys now sporting a solo mustache, or a beardstache (mustache with beard stubble).  So I think mustaches are coming back in style, and loosing the "creepy porn stache" reputation.  None of the sly guys I normally see at the gym are growing back their horseshoe fringe.
