I was watching a slasher movie the other night and suddenly a bald guy appeared....having a shaved head on the 70's must be not easy

That’s a bald cap.

Maybe in the pictures looks fake but is real.
 
The bones at the nape and other details are hard (if not imposible to recreate with a bald cap.
