What do people use to protect their head in bed?

In the winter months, I wear a hoodie sweatshirt to bed. If my head gets cold, just pull the hood on!

I keep a toke on my bedpost just in case I get chilly.

I have grown to love the cold feel, I do not even notice it now.  But I do live in the South, so it may be easier here.
