I understand. :)  If it's gonna stress you out then it aint worth doing.  The first time I shaved my head I was on a two week vacation from work and wore something on my head when I went outside so you're not alone in that.  My daughter was in elementary school and almost everyone had bugs so I shaved my head(problem solved)so I had  a good excuse for doing it but now, I find it actually calms me down but not everyone feels that way.
