I don't know anything about transplanted hair but now I have a question for you.  Can't you just shave it off or or get it lasered off or is it impossible?

 Transplanted hair can  be killed by laser just like the other hair.   But lasering only works on hair that has not gone
gray .
 That’s why they say laser hair removal works best for people who have dark hair and light skin .

 And what about the donor sites .  And what about the scars from where the donor hair was taken where the transplanted hair was plugged in ?
