Can you be to young to have a bald head?

My hair was about shoulder length back then but I always wondered what i'd look like with no hair at all.  I'll never forget how my father nearly crucified me!  He was the only person I was truly afraid of.

Oh, I forgot to answer the original question.  Almost every bald guy I see is in their thirties and up.  I very rarely see someone younger than that with a bald head.
