30 day rule for bald by choice?

Welcome! In my opinion, there is no restrictions on the 30 day rule....most guys don't even need 30 days to know that they want to stay sly.

Exactly, 30 days gives you and family/friends time to adjust to your new look.

When I first started shaving, I was self conscious. But with time my confidence grew. Now I hardly give it any thought.

That is so true! Even when you buzz short, taking the razor to your head is a big transformation. I think it’s the power of the shiny dome!

As the other guys have said, the 30 days gives time for you, your friends, family and coworkers to adjust and to develop your shaving prowess. It’s not a hard and fast rule.
One thing you will find is that during the 30 days, people stop asking questions about why you shaved your head. They move on with their busy lives and your new hair style is no longer a topic of discussion.
