Looks great Sly, the front was almost not there before so i think the sly look, looks better.  a much stronger look

Your head shape is fine, and it looks much better shaved sly.  I like your longer beard.  I suggest you allow the beard to lengthen in the front but keep the sides about where they are to give your beard a less "round" look, more oblong.

now that I see the before photo it just reinforces my earlier opinion you made exactly the right decision you have a perfect 10 shape and you look a lot younger with a shaved head a short beard.  Well Done!
