No doubt he's afraid of being bald. But how the f**k does he not see what everyone else, who sees him, thinks?

I guess some guys just can't stand the thought of being totally bald. I know a girl who cuts hair, and one of her clients is a cousin who is almost bald on top. She tries to convince him to let her buzz it skintight,  but he refuses.

Semi-Sly:
A buddy of mine this is  as bald on top as this guy and his wife is A licensed barber  and has her own Barbershop  and I have  for years try to talk him into either a short bus or shave and he refuses to do it .
