IMO, there reaches a point where they are too big and they do not look good. I do not know what size that is, I just know when I see it.

That takes me about 8 years,it was a slow process,one size at the time (usually 2mm bigger that the last one).
The actual size is 18 mm,so is not going to be a huge change switch to 20 mm.
Did you have pictures? Haha. Yeah man there's a point when is simply to much,almost like a plate.

I currently have both ear lobes stretched to half an inch. Loving the look and if I take them out the holes are not that noticeable after a couple of days. Might go a bit larger but not sure yet.

Not all that fast. My ears have been pierced for years and I've had tunnels since last August and moved up sizes quite slowly to 2g. The last few months were when my lobes seem to just stretch really easy. No blowouts or bleeding. They shrink back very well after a few days if I leave them out. Not all that noticeable. I love the look when I put in stainless steel tunnels the most.
