I just stretched my 0g lobes up to 00 this week. I've been at 0g for a few years now and felt like taking the step up at last. Considering doing my Septum soon. thinking of a 6g punch with 4g jewelry. Talking to my piercer about it a lot. Still not 100% sold on it, but since I got my promotion at work (now head chef/kitchen manager) I'm feeling pretty comfortable there, so now might be the time.

Vash, I'd strongly discourage you from doing a dermal punch bro, especially in the Septum. I say take the long route and stretch it.
