Got My Ears Pierced

So I got my ears pierced a month ago and they healed really fast. There was barely any pain and I've been cleaning them and turning them twice a day. I couldn't stop playing with them and the studs keep getting jammed and pinching my ears. It's probably a tad too early to change them but I did it anyways and got some stainless steel studs. Below are some pictures. What do you think? They feel a little heavy.

I have my ears pierced too, but rarely wear earrings. I don't know why though.
