People asking if you polish your head

I got a new moisturiser from my wife and tried it out this morning.
It left a 100% matt finish with no shine at all. It looked really unusual as I'm used to a bit of shine.

I don't get shine questions but I'm mindful of looking sweaty in the summertime. I seek a healthy scalp, free of razor bumps, rash, etc. No sunburn.
I do admire dudes who pull off the gloss look. Depending on my situation, i might try it more often, as it screams bald pride! LOL

Is a mixture of really close shaves and tan haha.
