Very light SMP for hair shadow

I'm still thinking about what to do for my hair shadow. I hate it. I was considering FUE+SMP or skin color tattoo for the scars, or lasering the sides, but I was thinking of just doing SMP very light.

Has anyone here done very light smp for light-colored scalp just to blend the hair shadow? I'm talking about blending it to the shade of my head like 2 hours after shaving.  I'm in my late 20's so I figure by the time my hair is gray it would have already faded...
